WHO CAN JOIN GABNET and WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP MEAN?

  • Any woman residing in the US who subscribes to the aims, processes, and philosophy of GABNet can become a member.

  • A member must belong to a chapter and should work together and alongside other members of the organization.

  • A member must participate regularly in activities and carry out tasks.

  • A member is duty-bound to implement organizational decisions creatively, to attend meetings, and participate fully in all discussions.

  • A member is entitled to vote, whenever such is needed, on all decisions pertinent to the organization.

  • A member must pay dues to her local chapter.

  • A member may run for office at any level of organizational structure.
